Applicants who are unsuccessful in the Pre-Admission screening will be refunded JPY 23,000 of the application fee.
The procedure is as follows:
- Please complete the required information on the “Refund Request Form” (Document 1-1 or Document 1-2 ) and submit it by email no later than July 13 (Mon).
- In the subject line of the email, please write: “Application for Refund of Admission Application Fee (Examinee No. *** / Name)”.
- If the bank account designated for the refund is not in the applicant’s name, please also submit a “Letter of Proxy” (Document 2).
- Please note that, due to administrative procedures, it may take several months to process the refund. Thank you for your understanding.
【件名：入学前審査に不合格となった志願者（国際プログラム 2026年10月入学）】
入学前審査に合格しなかった志願者には、出願料のうち23,000円を返金いたします。
手続きは以下の通りです。
- 「返金請求書兼返還金振込依頼書」（Document1-1（海外送金用）、またはDocument1-2（日本国内口座へ返金する場合））に必要な情報を記入の上、7月13日（月）までにメールにてご提出ください。
- メールの件名には、「検定料返還請求（受験番号 ***／氏名）」と記載してください。
- 返金先の銀行口座が申請者本人名義でない場合は、「委任状」（Documen2）も併せて提出してください。
- 事務手続きの関係上、返金処理には数ヶ月を要する場合がありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
