Future Procedures for Completion of the Program
★Please submit your student ID card to the Student Affairs Division by September 30. (Return by mail is also possible.).
★If you have not yet responded to the Career Path Survey, please be sure to complete it by September 25.

★You will be given one copy each of your academic transcript and cerstificate of completion at the graduate school’s completion ceremony on September 25.
* If you need more copies of certificate, please request them online at the following website until September 30.
(If you apply after October 1, you will be considered a former student, and a certificate issuance fee will be charged. )
