 　INVITATION TO WELCOME TEA CEREMONY FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

 　It is with great pleasure that we invite you to a Welcome Tea Ceremony for International Students who newly entered Kyushu University this autumn. A tea master will be on hand to help you, so don’t worry even if you are a beginner. Why don’t you come and enjoy traditional Japanese green tea and confectionery while chatting with Japanese students and other participants?

If you would like to join, please follow the direction below and register by October. 20th.

We look forward to your participation.

1. Date              Friday, October 30th, 2015 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm (You may come and go anytime.)

2. Venue            Ito Guest House

(A wooden building located next to the main gate at Ito Campus)

Admission is FREE.

◆Volunteer WANTED

We are looking for some volunteers to help the tea ceremony. The volunteers can get dress up in KIMONO. If you want to be a volunteer, please write [Do volunteer] on your registration e-mail.

Eligibility: Volunteer members have to come approximately 1 hour before the ceremony.

4.  Deadline      Tuesday, October 20th.  First Come, First Served.
