For inquiries regarding entrance and applications for research students, I receive hundreds of them every year, especailly from China. Whatever I do it will be unfair, so I decided not to reply any of them. I am really sorry but any email about those inquiries and applications will be disregarded. If you choose to go on to the graduate school, please take an entrance examination for the Graduate School of Integrated Sciences for Global Society (ISGS) at Kyushu University. Please be assured that the examination is fair. Besides, I teach at the School of Interdisciplinary Science and Innovation (sometimes also teach at KIKAN education).
For work-related and other requests, please fill out the contact form below. However, because sometimes I am busy with my regular business and writing, the requests are not necessarily supposed to be answered. Please tell me the date and time, and requirements in as much detail as possible. In addition, please note that as a teacher at a national university, I can accept requests of education and NPO on a volunteer basis depending on the content of them, but for commercial organizations, I can not make a contribution one-sidedly.
Also, I receive a lot of inquiries from mass media. I always learn so much from professional journalists, and hope that we could build a lasting relationship based on mutual respect for each other. However, there are also inquirers who absolutely did not prepare enough for it. There are many publications about China. Please read them first. Besides, please note that I will not accept requests of background briefing for the article without my name.
